Ingredients - Vanilla Protein Powder (I used just 1 scoop)- A handful of spinach- 1 frozen banana- Blueberries- Almond milk- A few cubes of ice Method - Add all ingredients into a blender and simply blend until it's your desired consistency! Solo Chocolate Coconut Protein Sandwiches

Ingredients 200g dates (soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes) 80g walnuts (or any other nut) 30g desiccated coconut 70g oats (use gluten-free if required) 2 tablespoons of cacao powder 100g Solo Chocolate Protein smooth peanut butter Strawberries (sliced)   Method In a food processor add your drained dates and blitz until a paste begins to form. You might need to scrape down the sides a couple of times. Next add your walnuts (or other nut), oats, desiccated coconut, protein powder (wearesolo) and cacao powder. Blitz until all combined. Solo Chocolate Chip Protein Bites

Ingredients 1 x tin of chickpeas (drained and washed thoroughly) 50g SOLO Vanilla Powder 150g almond butter 85ml maple syrup 1 tbs vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking powder  1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda A handful of vegan choc chips Method Preheat the oven to 170c and grease a brownie tin Put all ingredients in a food processor apart from the solo powder and the choc chips and pulse.  Slowly add the solo and pulse into a smooth paste.  Fold in most of the chocolate chips.  Spread mixture into a tin and sprinkle the remaining choc chips on top.  Bake for 35-40 mins. Solo Vegan Carrot, Orange and Apple Mini Cakes

Ingredients (makes 9 cakes): 150g plain flour 65g coconut nectar (or maple) pinch salt 30g Vegan Vitalite butter (softened) 39g Vanilla Solo  1 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Ginger  1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 225g Chunky Apple Sauce 80g Grated Carrots 1 tsp orange extract 40ml freshly squeezed orange juice 1/2 Grated orange zest Optional: 20g icing sugar Method: Preheat oven to 350F / 180C/ Gas 4. Strawberry Solo Mini Loafs

Ingredients 50g SOLO strawberry powder 100g SR Flour 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1/2 tsp vanilla extract  75g dairy free/vegan spread 150ml nut milk/DF milk 3 large strawberries finely chopped   Method Preheat your oven to 170c (fan) Grease some mini loaf tins/brownie tin Mix all of the dry ingredients together into a food processor and mix Add nut milk, vanilla and 2/3 of the strawberries and blitz Melt the spread and add mixing well until a smooth batter is formed.  Drain off any excess juice and fold in the rest of the strawberries Pour into your tins and bake for 20-25 mins

Ingredients  150g SR flour 100g SOLO Chocolate 10g cocoa powder 8g baking powder 2 flax eggs 250ml nut milk (add water if needed)  Vegan chocolate chips   Method Add all the dry ingredients and mix Add the nut milk and mix thoroughly until it forms a batter.
