Oreo Brownies

Ready in: 35 minutes

♡ Dairy free butter
♡ 100ml vegetable oil
♡ 100ml water
♡ 1 scoop Solo Choc Salted Caramel
♡ 1 scoop cocoa powder
♡ Organic coconut sugar
♡ 50g Organic brown rice flour
♡ 50g Organic buckwheat flour 
♡ 50g Organic tapioca flour
♡ Organic cornflour
♡ 1 scoop organic chocolate chips
♡ Gluten-free baking powder
♡ 1 scoop Maca powder
♡ ¼ tsp salt
♡ Oreos

1. Preheat oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and grease it with the butter.
2. In a large bowl, whisk the water and oil until it is combined.
3. In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients together, then add to the wet mixture and stir until incorporated.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 20 minutes.
5. After 20 minutes take the brownie out of the oven, crumble your Oreos over the top and put back into the oven for a further 10 minutes.
6. Cool on a wire rack, cut into pieces and enjoy!
