INGREDIENTS
Porridge:
♡ ½ cup buckwheat oats
♡ 1-2 tbsp Solo Choc Salted Caramel
♡ Peanut flour
♡ Almond Milk
♡ Optional sweetener
To Top:
♡ Frozen berries
♡ Mixed berry and fig chia jam
♡ Coconut shavings
♡ Fig
METHOD
1. Stir oats, milk, peanut flour and sweetener in a saucepan and cook gently over a low-medium heat for approximately 5 minutes until the oats have cooked.
2. Mix the Solo in quickly then remove from heat.
3. Pour into bowl, finish with toppings and enjoy!
