♡ 50g oat flour (blended fine oats)
♡ 50g Solo Choc Salted Caramel
♡ 1 tsp baking powder
♡ 2 tsp raw cocoa
♡ 2 eggs
♡ 50 ml hazelnut milk
♡ 2 tsp vanilla extract
♡ 1 tsp peanut butter
♡ 2 tsp peanut butter
♡ 1 tbsp protein chocolate cream
♡ Peanut butter protein bar
1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract and peanut butter. Add dry ingredients to the milk mixture and beat until smooth batter. If the mix is too thick, add an extra splash of milk.
3. Heat the pan over a moderate heat and cook small pancakes. At the same time, prepare the topping, mixing the peanut butter and chocolate cream in a small bowl. Top with the broken up protein bar and ENJOY!
