Solo Chocolate Coconut Protein Sandwiches

Ingredients 200g dates (soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes) 80g walnuts (or any other nut) 30g desiccated coconut 70g oats (use gluten-free if required) 2 tablespoons of cacao powder 100g Solo Chocolate Protein smooth peanut butter Strawberries (sliced)   Method In a food processor add your drained dates and blitz until a paste begins to form. You might need to scrape down the sides a couple of times. Next add your walnuts (or other nut), oats, desiccated coconut, protein powder (wearesolo) and cacao powder. Blitz until all combined.
