Solo Chocolate Brownies

Never thought brownies could be considered healthy? You need to try out our Solo Brownies Recipe! Fudgy, gooey, perfect squares of chocolate that cut easily and are easy to make. You’ll never buy a boxed brownie mix again!      Ingredients 1 can black beans (rinsed and drained thoroughly) 75g sugar free caramel syrup/maple 40g vitalite (melted) sub with oil if needed.  2tsp vanilla extract  1/4tsp stevia 1/2tsp baking powder 80g solo chocolate  10g cocoa Mix of white and dark vegan chocolate chips Method Preheat oven to 170c (fan) Drain the black beans in a drive and rinse thoroughly.  Put them in a decent food processor and blitz.  Add the vitalite/oil and the caramel sauce/maple syrup with the vanilla extract...

Solo Muffins

  Ingredients 50g SOLO chocolate 100g SR Flour 2tbs cocoa powder 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1/2 tsp vanilla extract  75g dairy free/vegan spread 150ml nut milk/DF milk Vegan chocolate (chopped) (optional) Method Preheat your oven to 170c (fan) Grease a muffin/cake tin Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl.  Add nut milk.  Melt the spread and add mixing well until a smooth batter is formed.  Fold in all of the chopped chocolate  Pour into your tin and bake for 20-25 mins.   Thanks to Gary Riley for sharing this recipe

Solo Waffles

Ingredients 40g oat flour 40g Solo Protein Powder 1tsp coconut sugar or sweetener of choice 1tsp baking powder 1 egg and 1 egg white (30g liquid egg whites) or alternatively use flax seed egg 100ml almond milk 15g dark chocolate chips (optional) Method Mix together your dry ingredients. Whisk your egg with the egg whites Add to the dry mix along with the almond milk. Mix well. Stir through the chocolate chips. Pour into a waffle maker and cook until brown and crispy on the outside. Solo Chocolate Coconut Protein Sandwiches

Ingredients 200g dates (soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes) 80g walnuts (or any other nut) 30g desiccated coconut 70g oats (use gluten-free if required) 2 tablespoons of cacao powder 100g Solo Chocolate Protein smooth peanut butter Strawberries (sliced)   Method In a food processor add your drained dates and blitz until a paste begins to form. You might need to scrape down the sides a couple of times. Next add your walnuts (or other nut), oats, desiccated coconut, protein powder (wearesolo) and cacao powder. Blitz until all combined.
