Delivery & Returns
Solo® deliver to mainland UK and Europe (restrictions listed below).
We are currently offering free next working day delivery on UK orders using the courier DPD on 28 meal packs. The standard cost of shipping will update to £5.99 after the introductory period.
The cut off time for next working day delivery is 2pm Monday-Thursday.
Delivery to all European countries is £9.99.
When will I receive my order?
Deliveries take place on a Monday through to Friday from 8am-9pm.
All 28 meal pack orders placed before 2pm on a weekday will arrive the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will arrive the following Monday.
You will receive a 1 hour delivery slot for your order on the day of delivery by email and text.
All sample orders are shipped via Royal Mail and will be with you in 2-3 working days
Currently we do not deliver on bank holidays as the courier does not operate.
What if I am not in to receive my order?
If you are not in to accept the parcel it may be left with a neighbour or an alternative delivery day selected. The courier will leave a card with details of where the parcel was delivered, and you can also obtain this information using the tracking link from the email sent confirming your delivery details.
If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel, they will leave a card which will explain what to do next. Please contact them direct to arrange a re-delivery at your convenience or a collection from the courier depot (where available).
What if my order is damaged?
We take every effort to ensure parcels are packed carefully to minimise damage, but unfortunately sometimes damage can occur in transit. If this happens, you are able to refuse delivery of your parcel when the carrier delivers it to your door, and we will pay for its collection from them.
If you've already received a parcel and found that it's damaged, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to help.
Please do not dispose of the item until you've spoken with us.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to mainland UK with some exceptions. We do not deliver to Scottish Highlands or Islands, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Anglesey, the Isles of Scilly, the Hebrides and the island groups of Orkney and Shetland,
Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18- 26,
PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50, AB36-38, AB55-56 and all IV postcodes.
Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
Countries in Europe we deliver to are: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.
If you would like to return an item that you have purchased from us, please contact us within 14 days of your order date and we will take the steps needed to organise this.
If an item is being returned to us as you no longer wish to keep it, you will be required to cover the cost of posting it back to us. The product must be in the original condition and must not have been opened. You can return it to us for an exchange or a full refund.
If a product is being returned as you wish to swap it for an alternative flavour or size, the cost of postage to ship the item must be covered by yourself.
How do I return an item?
Please email our customer service team on email@example.com or call us on 0161 385 55 55 with your order details and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with details of how and where to return your order.
Who covers the cost of a return?
If an item is being returned as you do not wish to keep it, the return cost will be covered by yourself.
If the item is faulty, we will cover the costs of the return. Please send items back to us on a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for a parcel not reaching us.
We advise you keep your proof of return receipt until you have received confirmation from us that your return has been processed by us.
